Welcome to Logic Lab (the Website), provided by INNOVATE MAKE LTD (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the Website, including any associated mobile or web applications. By using the Website, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

You undertake to notify Us immediately if You suspect any unauthorised use of Your account and indemnify Us for such in breach of these terms. In the event of an unauthorised external access or breach, however occasioned, We cannot be held liable for any loss or alleged direct or indirect harm to You or others.  You are responsible for sharing any project details with other Users and recognise that all such authorised sharing of projects may lead to loss of ownership rights for which We cannot be held liable.

3.      Eligibility: You undertake that You are 18 years old or over to use the Website.  If You are not please provide details of a responsible user over 18 years old.

6. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

1.      Subscription Terms:

1.1.   We may offer time-period based subscription or service-level plans to provide greater access to content. Detailed pricing information, including GBP amounts, is available on Our website. All such subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.”

1.2.   Such plans may have separate terms and conditions, which will supersede those included herein.

2.      Billing:  You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise Us to charge Your chosen payment method for any fees incurred.

3.      Cancellation and Refunds:

3.1.   Cancellation must be made through Your account settings or by contacting customer support at hello@logic-lab.ai. Cancellation must be before 24 hours from next payment (unless otherwise advised) to be effective and will take effect from next payment.

3.2.   Refunds of time periods that have not been utilised are not possible.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

1.      Permitted Use: You undertake to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.      Prohibited Activities: You must not:

2.1.   Attempt to circumvent or interfere with Our security measures.

2.2.   Use the Website to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful content.

2.3.   Use the Website to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, illegal or unauthorised activities.

2.4.   Use the Website to cause or attempt to cause financial or reputational harm to others.

2.5.   Bring Us into disrepute either through use of the Website or elsewhere.

3.    Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any and all User Content, including ensuring that it does not infringe on third-party rights and that You have full permission, without limitation under applicable copyright, intellectual property and data protection laws and regulations, and You indemnify Us against contrary claims.  We have not reviewed all of details or sites linked and are not responsible. Use of any such linked website or User Content is at Your own risk.

1.      All intellectual property rights in and to the Website , including its design, graphics, text, and software, are owned by INNOVATE MAKE LTD or its licensors.  Unless otherwise indicated, all trademarks, service marks and logos displayed within the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of INNOVATE MAKE LTD or its licensors.

2.      Copyright and all other proprietary rights in the Website (including but not limited to software, audio, video, text and photographs) rest with Us.  All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. 3.2  User Data will not be used to train any AI model.

3.3  User Content may constitute protectable intellectual property, but We cannot and do not guarantee it is free from adverse claims or encumbrance, and You are advised to take legal advice on this before making any public disclosures.

2.      Fair Usage: The Website may limit or throttle usage beyond a predetermined number of interactions or size of User Content or other data point. We will endeavour to contact You when any such limit is approaching or and/or when termination may be necessary.

You acknowledge that You are required to apply Your own judgment and reliance on such output is at Your own risk. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Please make contact by email as a first port of call at hello@logic-lab.ai. We endeavour to deal promptly with any loss of service or disruption but cannot be held liable for any loss due to any failure to resolve promptly.

15. Miscellaneous

1.      Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2.      Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and INNOVATE MAKE LTD regarding Your use of the Website.
