From Paper to Productivity: our hands-on AI workshop for the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce
Logic Lab helps SMEs turn AI into a co-pilot for their business
Logic Lab was delighted to be invited by the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce to deliver our From Paper to Productivity: Your Guide to AI workshop at the Milford Hall Hotel — an interactive, hands-on session designed specifically for SMEs looking to navigate the fast-moving world of AI. It was a real pleasure to spend the session with Salisbury Chamber of Commerce members and explore what AI could do for their businesses.
Despite the high-tech subject, we took a deliberately “pen and paper” approach. We stripped away the jargon and focused on the practical, high-impact ways AI can actually help a business get more done.
Over 60 minutes we guided everyone through three steps. First, attendees ran their own AI Audit, identifying genuine, high-value AI opportunities hiding inside their current operations. Next came the Efficiency Roadmap, where we explored how automation can drive growth, clear out bottlenecks and give teams back valuable capacity. Finally, everyone tackled the Logic Prototype — designing the blueprint for their very first custom AI tool using our logical framework.
The aim was simple: to make sure everyone left with a clear understanding of how AI can serve as a co-pilot for their business, helping them innovate and scale while keeping critical human oversight firmly in place.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and brought so much energy and so many great ideas to the room.
